Job Details

My client seeks a September 2021 qualifying lawyer or junior lawyer to join this friendly legal team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. This is a key role and a fantastic opportunity to move in-house and undertake a wide range of matters - no two days will be the same.

Full training will be given and you will be involved in matters including commercial contracts, company law/governance/company secretarial, financial services and consumer credit, litigation, product liability and privacy and data. Suitable candidates need not have experience in all areas but a grounding in commercial contracts or financial services will be of particular interest. Additionally, there is the chance to be involved in rolling out legal training within the organisation.

The business is looking for a commercially-focused individual, who is a confident communicator and will not be fazed in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, at various levels.

This is a fantastic junior lawyer opportunity for someone keen to work within a fast-moving organisation and make a real difference. On offer is a generous remuneration package offering a wide range of benefits. This is a 5 day per week role. Only lawyers with UK experience will be considered. Strongest candidates will be Yorkshire based or will have links to the region.

To learn more about this opportunity please send your CV to Adele Callaghan (specifying full details of your current remuneration package if already qualified) or email me for a return call to discuss the role.
