The Role

The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Commercial Property Associate to join their Bradford office.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the Commercial Property department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will deal with a broad client base including registered housing providers, commercial landlords and tenants, property developers, utility companies, investors and lenders and public organisations.

You will cover a varied caseload making for an interesting role including acquisitions, disposals, property management, finance, landlord and tenant matters and development projects.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 years PQE+
  • The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.

Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and very lucrative bonus scheme
