Solicitor - Contentious Probate

TSR Legal are currently working on behalf of a well regarded multi office law firm based in Ashford, Kent who are looking to recruit a Solicitor with Contentious Probate experience to the join expanding Litigation and private client department.

The team has an excellent reputation for advising on complex issues connected with Wills, trusts and estates for charities, high-net-worth individuals and financial referrers. Whilst the team is based in Kent, it attracts clients from across the UK .

You will have developed a breadth of significant experience in contentious probate and experience in contentious trusts would be advantageous. You will be self-motivated with a pro-active and professional approach to your work, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively. You must be a strong team player with experience in supervising, motivating and developing junior members of a team.

You will work closely with the other Solicitor and Partners within the department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will have a genuine interest in promoting business development opportunities and/or activities and be able to demonstrate an ability to build effective and positive relationships with both clients and colleagues that embrace the importance of trust and collaboration. You will be joining a progressive and forward thinking firm where clients recommend them because of the quality of their people and the depth of experience across the whole team.
