I am working with a growing law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation in Greater Manchester seeking an experienced Financial Mis-Selling Fee Earner to join their small and niche team dealing with solar panel mis-selling. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for excellent progression and career prospects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain a training contract and learn a niche area of law.

You will be responsible of running your own caseload of around 50-60 pre and post litigated solar panel mis-selling claims to enquire all claims are up to date and progressed in the correct time frame.

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced Litigation Paralegal or qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive
• Strong litigation experience
• Experience of handling financial mis-selling claims (not essential)
• Knowledge of civil procedure rules, consumer credit, PPI claims or financial mis-selling

Salary and benefits:

• Salary up to £30,000
