An excellent opportunity has arisen within a legal 500 firm for an experienced Insolvency specialist to join a well established and growing Dispute Resolution team.

You will be working with a well known and respected Partner in the Insolvency space, at a Firm which has long-standing relationships in the region, so access to clients and quality of work are excellent.

Ideally you will have 5+PQE in Insolvency Law, acting across both personal and Corporate cases. The work is high profile and you will joining the Practice at a time when they are growing across all areas of litigation, with their Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team playing a key role.

For Lawyers with a solid background in Insolvency or Corporate Recovery this is great team to join in order to do more of the work you enjoy. The intention is that a Solicitor with 5+PQE will be given the platform to develop their client work, in addition to supporting junior members of the team. You will also be an important contact for the team in key client relationships.

The successful candidate should have the ability to handle a varied caseload in a fast paced working environment, This is a new offering for the firm so the candidate will need to be able to bring some of own case-load and also make use of the firm's contacts. Experience acting for Banks, Companies, Creditors, Directors, Shareholders and Investors. Membership of the Insolvency Practitioners Association is preferred but not essential.
