Job Details

Due to continued success and subsequential growth, our client is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with experience gained in either a City or regional firm.

The successful candidate will be joining an expanding team of highly regarded Corporate Solicitors who are known for their exceptional client care. You will undertake a diverse caseload of corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work. This is a role that would best suit a commercially minded person who possesses the ability to advise a range of clients from start-ups through to substantial private companies.

Requirements:

  • Experience of running transactional work as the day-to-day fee earner on the deal
  • Evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a corporate practice
  • Willingness to initiate and participate in marketing and business development activities
  • Excellent drafting and verbal/written communication skills

    • Experience of equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions is desirable alongside some familiarity of the Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate Investment or Health sectors.
