A well established, Legal 500, City practice are currently recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their exciting and progressive firm. My client is searching for a candidate who has expertise and a professional attitude. Ideally you will have an appetite for business development and be entrepreneurial. There is a great emphasis on training and development, making this a friendly and strong team environment.

Ideally they would be looking for someone of 3 -5 years PQE but applicants will be assessed on their individual merit. The caseload will be very broad commercial litigation work where you will work alongside all the partners at the firm depending on where the need is at the time. The work typically involves company shareholder disputes, insolvency, construction litigation and some ip litigation but you do not need to have experience in niche areas - broad commercial litigation is sort..

This litigation team is partner led and provides hands-on, commercially focused legal advice to domestic and international clients of all sizes including quoted companies, large corporates, private equity firms, management teams, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals.
You will be joining a team of litigation lawyers that aren't just experts in their field. They are accomplished, pragmatic lawyers with well-rounded commercial experience who have the ability and determination to add value to our clients' businesses. They are litigators that can be relied upon to resolve issues and achieve results.
