The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a close-knit Conveyancing team in Bolton.

The Conveyancing team has an established reputation and a consistent stream of work that won't be impacted by the stamp duty holiday. They are planning for long-term growth and are looking for ambitious individuals to join them on this exciting journey.

You will be supported and encouraged to develop your ability and reputation in the market, and you will have a clear progression path from day one. There are very realistic Partnership prospects in the medium term.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing, including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Enjoy working in a challenging, fast pace environment
