JOB TITLE:                    Commercial Property Solicitor

SALARY:                        Up to c£45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a progressive firm with offices across Yorkshire. The successful candidate will handle a caseload comprised of all aspects of commercial property law from large scale, multi-party transactions to the provision of contractual advice to tenants and landlords. You will provide excellent client care and be responsible for providing an effective and efficient service to the firm’s clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling their own caseload of Commercial Property matters. You must be a confident self-starter and be able to work with minimal to no supervision. Excellent client care skills are essential along with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload under strict timeframes.
