The Role:

• Corporate Solicitor – 4 years PQE
• Advising Owner Managed Businesses, from tech start ups to high growth entrepreneur driven businesses, on a wide range of corporate matters including; buying and selling, due diligence, management buy-outs etc.
• The team advise on deals from 3+ million
• You will have the opportunity to get involved in networking and marketing events on behalf of the business

About you:

They are looking for candidates who are first rate lawyers and who solve problems, inspire client confidence, understand commercial imperatives, welcome change and challenge, and have the potential to progress within their business

• Corporate solicitor 4 years PQE
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and also within a team

• Excellent commercial awareness
