The Role

The firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team based in Chelmsford.

You will be joining the well respected and recognised Chelmsford team, who have recently won several industry awards for recognition of their work. Constantly innovating and investing in the practice, this is a firm that want their team to handle manageable caseloads with excellent support to provide the best customer service. They have modern case-management systems and access to experienced support.

Among other areas, you will manage a varied caseload that includes:

• Leasehold/Freehold Sales and Purchases
• Shared Ownerships
• Help to buy/New Build

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE
• Excellent communication skills and organisation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
