    Full time and Part time will be considered

    The Opportunity

    A multi service commercial law firm are recruiting into their highly reputable Commercial Property team, based in Cardiff.  There are opportunities for a full time Paralegal as well as a part time Paralegal.

    This is what you will be doing:

    You will join a team of highly regarded property lawyers for commercial clients. You will have direct client interaction and assist Solicitors dealing with Real Estate matters.

    Duties will include:

  • Opening and closing files
  • Utilising a Case Management System
  • Monitoring incoming post and email correspondence
  • Attend client meetings in person
  • Updating clients in a timely manner on the progress of their case on the phone, email and in person
  • Generating initial client care letters
  • Offer fee quotations
  • Requesting redemption statements
  •
