Employment Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells

A well known legal 200 law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for a career minded Employment Solicitor (1-4yrs PQE) to join their growing employment law team.

Working closely with the Head of Employment and other Employment Lawyers in the team, your role will be to handle a caseload of respondent employment matters. You'll also have close contact with the commercial and corporate team. Duties will include: providing advice on all aspects of employment law and human resources, managing employment tribunal and court litigation, advise on settlement agreements; draft employment contracts, handbooks and policies; deal with TUPE and transactional support work.

You must be a commercially-minded ambitious Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive (likely 1-4yrs+ PQE) with a proven track record in a similar role. You'll have strong respondent employment experience, have strong litigation skills and be client focused.
