Job Details
This top tier law firm has a large, established and specialist commercial litigation team that is highly regarded for its top tier quality of work, so the successful individual must be experienced in dealing with a variety Commercial Litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, and partnership disputes. You must also have experience in both High Court and County Court litigation, as well as at mediation and ADR more generally.
