Our client, a highly-regarded firm in the Mayfair area, is seeking a talented Head of Residential Conveyancing Department. The successful solicitor will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, whilst successfully managing the department.

- Managing and supervising a department
- Handling own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Sales and purchases
- New builds
- Transfers of equity
- Plot sales
- Lease extensions
- Post-completion matters
- Building client relationships
- Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE in residential property matters
- Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Has outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strives for high standards in their work
- Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
- Has a flair for business development
