Family Partner/ Legal Director - Southampton

TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a multi office legal 500 law firm based in Southampton with offices across the the United Kingdom who are looking to recruit a Legal Director or Senior Family Solicitor to join the expanding Family department. This role also combines both challenging work with a broader business and management skills set. As such, this role would suit a technical family lawyer with a commercial outlook and the passion to manager a growing multi office family department. The position would involve dealing with high Net Worth individuals on a full spectrum of family matters including the following:

You will deal mainly with:

• Divorce Proceedings
• Financial Remedy
• Private Law and Public Law Children Matters
• Cohabitee Disputes
• Pre-nuptial Agreements
