Are you a Residential Conveyancer or Legal Executive seeking a new opportunity within a modern High Street Firm in Swansea?
My client, a highly regarded L500 firm urgently seeks a Residential Conveyancer / CILEx to join their growing conveyancing team.
You will be responsible for a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchase; new build; shared ownership; remortgage; transfers of equity.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 years PQE with good residential conveyancing experience, dealing with files from instruction through to completion. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise your workload within a fast paced environment.
