Practice Manager

Are you an experienced Legal Practice Manager and want to join one of Lancashire's multi-office law firms?

If so, this is a very rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and substantial law firm at a senior level.

This role plays an important part of the firms Management team and you will be working closely with Equity Partners in the planning and organisation of the running of the firm from SRA Accounts Compliance to HR matters, helping to manage the operating processes and generally ensuring the efficiency of the of the firm's operation.

The existing role has been held by an experienced Practice Manager for several years, however you will be able to influence and bring ideas to the table in this forward thinking environment.. You will take over the management of a well run and proven team.

You will need to have proven management skills and have gained at a substantial legal or similar professional organisation, however, candidates from non-legal backgrounds will also be considered.

Salary is dependant on experience but as a guide is £40 to £50k per annum and performance bonus scheme, 28 days holidays, enhanced pension scheme, regular social events, flexi-time/ flexible working hours can be arranged + Working from Home.
