Home Working + Some Office Based

I am currently Recruiting for a fantastic Legal 500 Law firm who are looking for a Private Client Senior Associate - This role offers a mixed offer of home working and office based.
The Office will either be in the Derbyshire or Birmingham region
The Private Client Associate Role will include:
• Providing general advice to client on all aspects of Wills, Probate, Tax and Trust Processes.
• Preparing wills.
• Dealing with High Value estate administration.
• Obtaining deputyship orders for Court of Protections.
• Acting on behalf of Court appointed deputies.
• Setting up and administrating trusts.
The Ideal candidate
• 4 years + PQE
• Solid experience in Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts matters.
• Hard working and motivated.
• Confident in using a variety of software packages.
