Lexcel accredited practice in Essex seeks a driven Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our client’s CQS accredited firm in Romford. Utilising your skills and expertise, the successful candidate will independently handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Sales and purchases
- New build plot sales
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients and external professionals
- Drafting documentation
- Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in residential property matters gained within a reputable firm
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- IT literacy is a pre-requisite
- Ensures a client-focused approach
- Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
