Our client is a highly regarded practice that upholds an enviable reputation in the South East and has been recommended for their exceptional work in numerous practice areas by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

They are seeking an experienced Solicitor to take on a busy, established caseload of Company Commercial Disputes to include contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, Partnership/Director disputes, regulatory disputes, IP disputes, Insolvency matters and Construction/Planning disputes.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the firm's Corporate and Commercial Team that is led by a Partner who is individually recommended by the L500 and other legal directories. Naturally, the work will be of a very high quality.

In order to be considered for this attractive opportunity, you must have experience commensurate to that of 5+ years PQE. This department plays and integral part of the future plans for the firm, as such the ideal candidate will have experience of developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
