Corporate Paralegal - Top 100 Firm

TSR Legal have been instructed by a corporate firm with offices across the UK to appoint an experienced Paralegal within their successful Corporate department. This particular role will sit out of the firms Cheltenham offices. You will have plenty of opportunity to work closely with partners and support the wider Corporate team through gaining invaluable technical and legal skills. This role will make a serious impression on your legal career.

The team currently advises on a full range of corporate matters including private companies, private equity houses and management teams across a wide range of sectors:

• Banking
• Healthcare
• Retail

The ideal candidate:

• Have completed your LPC/nearly completed
• Chosen electives in Commercial, Corporate and M&A's
• Is proactive and can use own initiative
• Great communication and prioritisation skills

The only non-negotiable is that you MUST have recent legal experience at a law firm.
