Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive

This long established Plymouth law firm is growing and looking to recruit a childcare solicitor or legal executive to join its exceptional team in Plymouth.

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 2-3 years' PQE within childcare law are encouraged to apply. You should also get in touch if you have mixed experience from both a private and public family law background.

In an ideal world you will already be a Childrens Panel Member, or be close to getting this.
You will represent children through their guardian/parents in public law proceedings, having advocacy experience.

Applications are welcomed from a range of candidates preferably with experience of managing a legal aid contract and those who can give some supervision to other team members as needed.

You will be encouraged to progress, as others in this large team have, with support from friendly and encouraging colleagues.

Excellent Salary up to circa £50k dependent on experience.
