The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Rights Lawyer who has at least 2 years' experience conducting and managing Employment Rights cases. As a qualified solicitor or legal executive, you will be assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims that come in through our clients dedicated Employment Advice Line. You will therefore have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure as well as the litigation process. The role requires excellent prioritization and time management skills as well as a meticulous attention to detail to enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for your clients. You will need to show empathy and understanding, providing a professional legal service with a personal touch.
