A rare and exciting opportunity for senior level Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a very successful and well-regarded multi-office firm in Lincolnshire. This is a highly successful firm legal 500 firms, this firm is set on a course for growth, bringing exciting opportunities for an ambitious candidate.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of five years PQE and should have grounding in a variety of Corporate commercial matters such as;

Share and Asset sales/purchases

You will also provide general corporate support work to the firm's other departments

General Partnerships/LLPS

Articles of Association

Drafting and negotiating Shareholders' Agreements

Joint Ventures

Key Competency's

Ability to maintain and hold client care to the highest standards

Provide support and mentoring to junior members of staff

Driven and motivated individual

Good time keeping and ability to hit targets outlined by the practices
