Junior Property Litigation Lawyer

We are working with a top 50 UK firm who are keen to add a junior Property Litigation lawyer to their existing team in Manchester. The role can also be based in Liverpool, Leeds or Birmingham.

This is a strong practice with around 30 lawyers nationally which has grown and built on their success, hence they are now looking to add another junior member to the team.

The role would suit a lawyer with property litigation experience who has 0-2 years' PQE.

The Property Litigation practice acts for public and private sector landlords, tenants and real estate developers, with a client base which includes local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations, pub companies, social landlords, blue chip retailers and owner managed businesses.

You will advise on a mixed caseload including:

• Both commercial and housing/residential, and pub company work.
• Estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals and injunctions.
• Residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery and disrepair for both housing association and other residential landlords.

This role will allow you to work with some of the leading lawyers within Property Litigation in a supportive team across a wide range of sectors.
