Residential Conveyancing Solicitor 3+ years’ PQE TEESSIDE

Private practice law firm on Teesside, well regarded for the work it does in Property law, is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer of 3 or more years’ PQE. The Residential Conveyancing (Bespoke) team is very busy at the moment. As well as the day-to-day duties you would expect in this role, they are also looking for someone who can assist the Head of Residential with the day-to-day management and growth of the team and assist in decision making to take the team to the next level. The Bespoke team is growing fast and this new role is to add further support and continue the team’s success. The successful candidate will have a desire to help develop and grow the team, sharing knowledge and best practice. You will be a team player but equally capable of working on your own and you will provide excellent levels of customer service at all times. You will be supported by various secretaries and apprentices and, as most of our processes are automated, you will find that they work in a modern, efficient way.
