As a residential conveyancing solicitor, you will join a team of around five people but will be based in the Rugeley office alongside an experienced legal secretary. The Partners often divide themselves between each office and, as such, support is always on hand. This firm is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor who can hit the ground running taking over an existing caseload of matters. They do not pay referral fees and work is generally local and of a good quality.

To be considered for this residential conveyancing position, you must have at least two years’ experience running your own caseload, to include freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and new build matters. You will ideally be based locally with a desire to continue to develop on existing and strong client relationships.
