Solicitor

LAW Absolute are working with a charity organisation based in London. Our client is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Executive. The Legal Department provides a broad range of advice to the charity including commercial, data protection, intellectual property, fundraising, regulatory and compliance. 

You will be a qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate to join the team, who has solid in-house experience and is able to draft commercial contracts to a high standard. You will also be required to provide advice direct to clients or non-legal colleagues clearly and concisely.
