Clayton Legal are proud to bring to you a full time role based on the outskirts of Liverpool, working for a successful, well established and continually growing law firm as a Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant.
In this role the ideal candidate will provide full support to a Fee Earner, including Preparing correspondence and documents using a case management system. Attend to clients and estate agents by telephone and email and supporting fee earners with administrative tasks.
To be considered for this role you must hold at least 12months experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant with experience in Conveyancing and/or Personal Injury (training on the other area of law will be available).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Salary for this Legal Assistant role is dependent upon individuals experience but ranging from £18,000-£21,000.
