Job Details
The firm is looking to hire a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to cover the full spectrum of Commercial Litigation and Property Litigation work to join its established Leeds team.
This leading Commercial Litigation Department has a great deal of experience representing many different types of businesses in a wide variety of disputes including sale and carriage of goods, provision of services, commercial agency, guarantees, consumer credit, franchising, distribution, finance agreements, competition law, confiscation proceedings, asset purchase and share sale agreements, civil fraud, hire of goods, construction, and breach of confidence.
The firm also cover Corporate & Shareholder Disputes, IP Disputes, Professional Liability and more.
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will ideally be around 2-6 PQE and have Property Litigation experience.
