Scale Lane are hiring an experienced Employment Solicitor on behalf of a rapidly expanding, customer focused law firm based around the North West and headquartered in Blackburn.

This firm is only a decade old but already has over 70 staff in 3 offices across the North West and is growing exponentially year on year. Their customer focus is the driving force behind this firms’ growth in size and reputation and is centered around their very high quality of work.

The Role

As the firms sole Employment Solicitor you will be the face of the company and offer exceptional advice to employers and employees alike. You will have the drive and determination to take the firms already high reputation to the next level and will generate a lot of new work from your excellent referrals.

You will undertake a wide variety of work which includes contracts, unfair dismissals, TUPE, whistle-blower protection, harassment, discrimination, settlement agreement, and pay disputes, as well as a whole host of other contentious and non-contentious matters.

Skills & Experience

• Employment Solicitor with 4+ PQE
• Very high standards of work and client care
• Extremely focused, driven and determined
