A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Corporate Solicitor to join an established firm in Tunbridge Wells. This highly rated practice has a lot to be proud of. In their last full year, they completed a wealth of transactions, and while the pandemic has had a slight effect, they are still really busy and needing to recruit a talented corporate solicitor.

This Tunbridge Wells-based firm will give you a good work/life balance that will ordinarily see you working between home and the office, depending on your preference and workload.

They work with clients across a variety of sectors and sizes from small owner managed business to private equity backed businesses and mid-sector corporates across the UK. This means you can expect to be advising on a range of corporate M&A including purchases, disposals, reorganisations, buy-ins, buy-outs and joint ventures; you will work on some of the best deals in the South.

You should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with a background in corporate commercial work, whether gained in London or regionally, and will be looking to work in a busy practice where you can make an impact and gain the rewards. There is no upper limit on the PQE for this corporate solicitor job: Senior Associates and Partners are actively encouraged to apply.
