The Role:

This firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor NQ-2 Years PQE for the office based in Banbury.
A leading team within the corporate commercial industry, this group of experienced solicitors are supportive of both each other and their clients.

Offering a wide range of corporate and commercial services such as M&A, restructuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts, corporate governance and more, you will receive a great deal of variety in your work, allowing you to develop your skills across the board.

You'll be working alongside some of the most established and knowledgeable lawyers within the industry who will share their experience to help you to establish yourself within the company commercial space.

Requirements:
