The role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Residential Solicitor NQ-2 PQE into their South West London office.

The Residential Property department deals with a high quality of work, with clients ranging from mid-level to HNW, which often includes high-value transactions. You will join a well-established friendly, and busy team.

You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a passion for working in Residential Conveyancing and want to build you career in this area
• You will be ambitious and have first-class communication skills
• You will be an excellent team player
