Regulatory Lawyer

My client is an investment bank who are looking to hire an in-house regulatory lawyer on a permanent basis as a result of ongoing growth. They have Central London based offices, however for the interim everyone will be based remotely, and then move to a hybrid model over the next few months.

The role sits within the EU investment banking team which supports the Equity Capital Markets, Merger and Acquisitions, UK Corporate Broking and Leveraged Finance teams on various advisory and transactional-related matters.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, reporting into the head of investment banking legal, predominately focusing on ECM, M&A and parts of DCM.

Candidates must be UK qualified and have a minimum of 5 years PQE. ECM experience is essential and candidates with cross-jurisdictional transactional experience in Europe and the US would be highly preferred, although this is not essential.
