My client is a nationally recognised and rapidly expanding practice. My client does not adhere to the traditional view of a solicitor's practice, as such they like to always make themselves approachable and available. Due to an increased level of work, my client is seeking to recruit an Employment Solicitor
Duties & Responsibilities
This is a rare opportunity to work in an exclusively Claimant-focussed environment and we are particularly interested in applications from confident self-starters who are not afraid to hit the ground running.
* Providing advice on employment law issues Settlement agreements
* Drafting of policies and contracts
* Undertaking Advocacy at the Employment Tribunals
Key Skills & Experience
The firm is looking for a proactive Employment Solicitor with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships with a strong commercial mind set. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can manage their own caseload with light supervision.
It would be beneficial if the candidate has high level of academic attributes, a driven and professional manner, with bags of enthusiasm and strong organisational skills.
Advocacy is a strong advantage; it would be advantageous for you to have at least 5 years PQE or relevant previous experience within a respondent environment.
* Salary is BOE but in the region of £35,000 +
