JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The property litigation team of this well-established practice is keen to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor with up to 4 years PQE in handling their own caseload of real estate disputes. The team provides advice across the broad remit of disputes and advise both commercial and private clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Property Litigation Solicitors will have up to 4 years PQE in conducting their own caseload of property related disputes. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within property litigation during their training contract. Applications from Solicitors with between 1-4 years PQE are also encouraged to apply and will have gained relevant experience in advising on a variety of property litigation matters. Ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will possess the ability to assist with business development activities together with developing relationships.
