Working on a variety of commercial property matters including loans, secured lending, new leases, renewals, subletting, release, covenants and more, you will gain experience in a wide breadth of matters, allowing you to develop your skills.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 year of relevant PQE
• You will be able to manage a full and varied caseload using a caseload management system
• You will be a team player and have excellent communication skills
