Senior Litigation Solicitor (Civil and Commercial Litigation) - Sittingbourne, Kent

An established law firm in Sittingbourne, Kent are looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to handle a broad mix of both civil and commercial litigation matters.

As well as managing a varied caseload which is weighted towards commercial litigation, you'll also oversee a team of fee earners and support staff.

You must be a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor (c5yrs+ PQE) with a proven track record in handling the majority of areas both civil litigation and commercial litigation. You will be used to conducting your own advocacy and be used to developing and building client relationships. You will likely be a Litigation Partner or Head of Department in a similar firm, however, Solicitors with the right skillset looking to take a step up are also encouraged to apply.
