Public and Regulatory Team - Senior Solicitor - full time - temporary - up to 18 months
Salary scale £48,123 - £50,250 per annum
An Opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic individual who wishes to assist with leading and managing the Public and Regulatory Team.
You will have your own mixed caseload including matters relating to Inquests, ICO Appeals, Public Inquiries and HSE investigations and prosecutions. You will also advise on Data Protection legislation; provide advice and representation, carry out investigations and research, deal with third party stakeholders and demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively, deal with confidential and sensitive information and manage a personal caseload effectively and proactively.
