Job Details
Commercial Property Solicitor
Leicestershire firm with a thriving property practice seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
You will take over an established caseload and have conduct of files from start to finish. You will work handle a range of commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant work for a varied client base. You will have your own office and benefit from the firms case management software and secretarial support.
The firm is relaxed, sociable and encourages its staff to strike a good work life balance. The position offers a high level of autonomy, with realistic expectations and no micro-management.
The salary on offer is negotiable and dependent on experience. The firm rewards performance well and will pay competitively to secure the right person.
The essential and desirable candidate criteria are outlined below:
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year PQE
- Experience handling a commercial property caseload autonomously
Desirable
- Self-starter who is able to operate on their own initiative
