The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Planning Solicitor with 3+ PQE in planning law.

They tailor their expert commercial advice to a vast range of clients, dealing with all aspects of Planning & Environmental law including planning permission, Section 106 agreements, highways & infrastructure, environmental due diligence, compliance advice, hydrocarbon planning, appeals, enforcement and judicial review.

The department deals with the highest quality of work, advising major redevelopments for developers, landowners and private individuals.

The firm have specifically pitched this as an exciting role for an ambitious Solicitor looking to work towards promotion.

Requirements

• You will be a Planning Solicitor with 3 years + PQE with experience of Environmental and Planning Law
• You will have a sound technical knowledge
