Residential conveyancing solicitor – Gloucestershire

This rapidly expanding firm based near Stroud in Gloucestershire is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to enhance their existing conveyancing department.

Established less than four years ago, the firm has now grown substantially in terms of both staff and workload.  Small enough to offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere the firm has ambitions to expand its offering and situated in an area of rapid growth with excellent transport links to surrounding communities but also to London, Swindon, Birmingham and Bristol.  With many new residential developments underway in the area and more anticipated in the coming years there are excellent opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be personable and able to work effectively as part of the team and will ideally be circa 3+ years qualified and already CQS accredited. However, these are guidelines only and aptitude, an appetite for hard work and aspiration to progress are the main requirements.

Situated just outside the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within 3 miles of Stroud (named as the best place to live in in the UK overall by the Sunday Times in 2021) this position represents an excellent opportunity for both professional development and quality of life.
