Solicitor – Restructuring & Insolvency - NQ+ PQE

TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest national law firms in the South as a Solicitor in the Restructuring and Insolvency team based in Southampton.

As a Solicitor within the Restructuring & Insolvency department you will join a highly regarded department that are ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK and undertake varied restructuring and insolvency work. This includes formal appointment work, security enforcement, distressed asset sales and litigation.

This role would be best suited to someone who has recently qualified as a Solicitor as you’ll be joining a quickly expanding team of ten expert lawyers. You will be given excellent supervision, training and coaching in this role and will need a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication and negotiation skills.
