JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE

THE ROLE:
The Corporate team of this progressive Legal 500 firm has a need to recruit an experienced Corporate Lawyer. Keen to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience, this is an exciting position that will involve the successful candidate working on a range of deals for an interesting and varied client base across the region. To remain in line with business needs the firm are interested to appoint a Corporate Lawyer with extensive experience of Corporate M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity deals. Working with large amounts of autonomy whilst also gaining hands-on support from an acclaimed Partner you will be given the chance to develop your skill set from a technical and business development perspective.

THE CANDIDATE:
Technical competence and confidence to handle Corporate matters at a junior level is a pre-requisite for this exciting new role. The successful solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player. Working as part of a larger team on a variety of transactions you will have the opportunity to work on a full and varied caseload of matters and will be interested to develop expertise in the areas of business development and client retention.
