JOB TITLE: Commercial / Projects Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Cambridge

THE ROLE:
This leading law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor to join its team handling high profile project work. You will be advising a varied client base including national and local government, and private sector businesses on complex commercial contracts and procurement strategies. You will be given client responsibilities from the start and can expect to have the opportunity to run your own projects and responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers. You will also be working with colleagues within the team and across the firm in the development of new business initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful applicant will have at least 3 years’ PQE within commercial contracts; any experience of public procurement work would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. It is likely that you are working within another leading regional or national law firm, however those working in the public sector handling similarly complex commercial projects are also invited to apply. You will be working within teams across the firm and it is therefore essential that you have the personal qualities required to make teamwork pay off through communication, collaboration and enthusiasm for your work alongside your technical abilities.
