Commercial Associate Solicitor

An outstanding opportunity has come up with this regional L500 firm based out of their central Leeds office.

Joining their commercial, IT, privacy and Energy team, the successful Commercial Associate Solicitor will provide business advice and work on transactions for a wide variety of clients ranging from international businesses and PLCs to local owner managed businesses.

The team deliver business-friendly and pragmatic advice and they anticipate that from an early stage the successful candidate will interact with clients, get to know clients’ businesses and start to build relationships.

Working with a wide variety of clients the candidate will, with appropriate support and supervision, be responsible for managing their own matters which will include outsourcing, distribution, franchise, agency and supply of goods and services, as well as advice relating to data protection, consumer regulations, anti-bribery, modern slavery and other wide ranging commercial issues.

The successful Commercial Associate Solicitor will be circa 3-7 PQE, with experience from a national firm or recognised regional commercial practice. You will have experience of taking responsibility for your own matters.
