A long established and growing firm in Rochester/Medway are looking to hire an additional Residential Conveyancer / Licensed Conveyancer to their team.

Joining a specialist property department, your role will be to manage a varied caseload of all aspects of conveyancing from instruction through to completion. Along with the usual sale and purchase of freehold, remortgages and transfer of equity, you must have previous experience in handling leasehold and new build transactions.

This is a non-volume environment focusing on quality over quantity, therefore, would likely suit a Conveyancer looking to move away from the volume model where you have much more control over your caseload and meet clients face-to-face.

You must be a qualified Conveyancer, either Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Conveyancing Solicitor with a proven track record in handling your own caseload. PQE is fairly open and all Residential Conveyancers are encouraged to apply.
