IMMIGRATION CASEWORKER/FEE-EARNER

SALARY UP TO £45,000

My Client Need Lawyers With The Following Experience

The lawyer must have been taking instructions on regular basis for all types of immigration applications, appeals, EU matters including pre-settle and settle status, Family permit, spouse visa, ETS TOEIC matters, Tier-1 Appeals, Judicial Review, Detention and Removal matters, Bail, Business sole representative visa.

Immigration Matters Include;

• Immigration Appeals, Administrative and Judicial Reviews, Detention, Bails, Deportation, Removals

• Fiancé Visa Applications

• Spouse Visa and Dependant Visa Applications

• Applications for Pre-Settled and Settled Status for EEA Citizens

• EEA Family Permits for direct and extended family members from abroad.

• Residence Card Applications for direct and extended family members.

• Permanent Residence status and cards also Retained Residence cards.

• Spouse and other family members Entry clearance applications • Family and private life applications under article 8 and 3 of the ECHR

• Married and Unmarried Partner’s applications under 5- and 10-years routes

• Settlements in the UK (for both 5 years and 10 years routes applicants)

• Naturalisation and Registration as a British citizen in all categories

• Asylum matters.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience dealing with Immigration matters in Central London.
